Hot tub covers can look similar while differing in dimensions, corner shape, fold position and skirt depth. Don’t rely on the old cover alone if it has stretched or lost its shape.

- Measure the spa and note the corner shape, fold direction and skirt depth.
- Take photos of the spa, existing cover and any cover-lift hardware.
